CB Management Group, Inc. is a design and construction management firm headquartered in downtown Oakland, California. Founded in 2016, CBMG was established out of a necessity that was seen by founders, April Chu and Toby Black, to provide clients with quality, honest, and efficient services to ensure project success every time. Specializing in education, healthcare, specialty retail, IT infrastructure, and hospitality, CBMG offers personalized attention to detail and strives to do what is appropriate for each unique project. As a small, local business, we are able to individually focus our attention on all our clients’ needs and to go above and beyond what is required in order to gain our clients’ trust.
